Rails integration in the 0.7.7 branch is not quite as easy as it could be, here's how I go about it:

File Structure

After creating your rails project with rails myproject, run ahn create myproject, in the directory above your rails directory. This means if your rails app lives in /usr/sambob/myproject/, you should run the command from /usr/sambob/.
